The Orioles made 30 selections on Day Three of the 2017 First-Year Player Draft on Wednesday, completing rounds 11-40. This year, the O’s selected 41 players overall: 21 pitchers and 20 position players, with 29 of the selections being college athletes. The team chose 12 right-handed pitchers, nine left-handed pitchers, eight infielders, seven outfielders, four catchers, and one utility player.
