BALTIMORE—The weather forecast is challenging for both Tuesday night and Wednesday, and with few mutual offdays, the Orioles and the Kansas City Royals would like to be able to play the final two games of their three-game series on schedule.

“You can only control what you can  control,” manager Brandon Hyde said. “I can’t control the weather, but I don’t know. Hopefully, we play. I have no idea.

“Weather is one of those things that you don’t know. I hope that we play tonight. The weather doesn’t look great tomorrow, either. You have Plan A, B, C and D and, hopefully, we find a window.”
