BALTIMORE—Orioles centerfielder Cedric Mullins left Friday night’s game against Houston because of left quadriceps tightness.
Mullins, who made an excellent running catch on Mauricio Dubón’s fly to end the second inning, left after the fourth inning. He walked and was called out on strikes in his two at-bats.
In 2023, Mullins had two stints on the injured list with right groin/adductor strains.
He was replaced by Colton Cowser, who moved from left to center. Austin Slater entered the game to play left.
