Orioles non-tendering reliever Jacob Webb
The Orioles are non-tendering right-handed reliever Jacob Webb according to an industry source. Webb, whom MLBTradeRumors.com estimated would draw a $1.7 million salary in 2025, missed six weeks this past season because of right elbow inflammation.
Webb, who was fourth on the Orioles with 60 appearances, was 2-5 with a 3.02 ERA. He allowed just over six hits per nine innings but walked 4.3 batters per nine.
Webb joins left-hander Danny Coulombe, whose $4 million option for 2025 was declined earlier this month as bullpen mainstays cut loose by the team.
