Orioles will open season at Fenway Park on July 24; Home opener is July 29

Nearly four months after they were scheduled to begin the 2020 season, the Orioles will play the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park on Friday night July 24 at 7:30 p.m. It’s the first time the Orioles will play at Boston to open the season since 1966.

The delayed home opener will be July 29 against Miami at 7:05 p.m.

The defending American League East champs, the New York Yankees, will play six games in Baltimore (August 3-5 and September 4-6). Boston will play at Oriole Park on August 20-23.

The Orioles will play six games against the world champion Nationals, three in Washington from August 7-9, and a week later at Camden Yards on August 14-19.

In other interleague matchups, the Orioles will play the Marlins at Camden Yards on July 29-30 and Atlanta at home on September 14-16.

The Philadelphia Phillies won’t come to Baltimore, but the Orioles play there August 11-13.

The Orioles’ final home series will be against Tampa Bay on September 17-20. They’ll close the season at Toronto September 25-27.

There will be three exhibition games, at Philadelphia on July 19, and a home-and-home matchup with the Nationals on July 20 and 21. The Orioles will play the Nats  at home on the July 20 and play at Nationals Park on July 21. All three games will begin at 6:05 p.m.

All 60 games will be carried on MASN and the Orioles’ radio network, but the three exhibition games won’t be on either television or radio.
